Easy Returns

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 3 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

 

All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact.

 

The customer will need to cover the return shipping cost for returns (e.g., change of mind, dislike of quality, defective parts, etc).

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you’ve received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered!


In such cases:

 

Kids Station will bear all replacement shipping costs.

 

You can contact us within 3 days of delivery to report the issue.

 

Our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process quickly.

 

NOTE: We will only cover for the replacement shipping costs in case of defective parts. If you wish to return in any case, you have to cover for return shipping costs. 

 

BED RAILS ARE UNDER EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY, NO RETURN AVAILABLE ON BED RAILS.
