Please note:

• In such cases, the customer will need to cover the return shipping cost.
  
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
  

For any defective, damaged, or wrong products received, Kids Station will bear the replacement shipping costs.

Our bed rails are designed to fit securely based on the sleeping area (mattress size) not the wooden or metal frame around it.
