📌 PROGRAM GUIDELINES

1. Program Overview

The Kids Station Little Milestone Program is our way of thanking parents who trust us through their parenting journey.

Customers who complete 10 successful orders within 12 months will receive a complimentary Kids Station Gift Hamper.

2. Who Is Eligible?

All registered customers with a Kids Station account

Program is automatically activated — no sign-up required

Valid for individual customers (not bulk or reseller accounts)

3. How Orders Are Counted

Only paid, fulfilled, and delivered orders are counted

Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders do not qualify

Multiple orders placed on different dates are counted individually

Minimum order value per order needs to be 500 INR.

4. Time Validity

The 12-month period starts from the date of your first eligible order

Orders must be completed within this 12-month window to qualify

5. Reward Details

Upon completing 10 eligible orders, customers unlock a Kids Station Gift Hamper

The hamper is complimentary (₹0)

Hamper contents may vary based on availability and season

6. Reward Redemption

Once unlocked, the reward will appear in your My Account → Rewards section

You can redeem the hamper by adding it to your cart and checking out

Only one gift hamper per customer account

7. General Conditions

The reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable

Kids Station reserves the right to:

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

Q1. Do I need to apply or enter a coupon code?

No.
The program is fully automatic. All eligible orders are tracked under your registered account.

Q2. How can I check how many orders I’ve completed?

Log in to your Kids Station account and visit the Rewards / My Account section.
You’ll see your progress clearly displayed (e.g., 6 out of 10 orders completed).

Q3. Do multiple items in one order count as multiple orders?

No.
Each completed checkout counts as one order, regardless of the number of items. But the minimum order value is 500 INR.

Q4. What happens if I cancel or return an order?

Cancelled or returned orders will not be counted toward the 10-order requirement.

Q5. What if I don’t complete 10 orders within 12 months?

The reward eligibility expires after 12 months, and order count resets.
You can always start again with a new cycle.

Q6. Can I get cash or a discount instead of the gift hamper?

No.
The reward is offered only as a gift hamper and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or discounts.

Q7. Is the gift hamper free?

Yes 💛
The hamper is complimentary. You may only need to pay applicable shipping charges, if any.

Q8. Can I combine this reward with other offers or discounts?

Yes.
Your regular orders can include ongoing offers. The loyalty reward is tracked separately.

Q9. How will I know when I’ve unlocked the gift hamper?

You’ll receive:

An email notification

A dashboard update in your account

WhatsApp confirmation

Q10. Can Kids Station change the program later?

Yes.
Kids Station reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the program to ensure fairness and sustainability.
