Yes, absolutely. 👶 All Kids Station products are designed with newborn safety in mind. We use baby-safe, non-toxic materials, and test every product for comfort, stability, and hygiene, so parents can trust our products from day one.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you order from Kids Station! 💛
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the quality, you can return the product within 3 days of delivery.
Please note:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all parts and tags intact.
- In such cases, the customer will need to cover the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.
For any defective, damaged, or wrong products received, Kids Station will bear the replacement shipping costs.
Are the bed rails covered under any warranty?
Yes, Kids Station Bed Rails come with a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the frame (such as weld breaks, joint issues, or locking mechanism faults).
How can I make sure I order the correct bed rail size?
Please measure your mattress or inner bed dimensions, not the outer bed size.
Our bed rails are designed to fit securely based on the sleeping area (mattress size) not the wooden or metal frame around it.
🪄 Tip: Measure the length and width of your mattress from edge to edge in centimeters or feet before placing your order.
Are your feeding products BPA-free?
Yes! 🍼 All Kids Station feeding products are 100% BPA-free, phthalate-free, and made from food-grade, non-toxic materials. They are completely safe for babies and meet international safety standards for infant feeding.
Is the baby carrier safe for newborns and toddlers both?
Yes! 👶 The Kids Station Baby Carrier is designed to grow with your baby from newborn (3 months) up to toddlers around 15 kg.
