1. About Kids Station
Q. What is Kids Station?
Kids Station is a baby-safety and baby-proofing brand dedicated to making parenting easier and safer. We offer premium-quality bed rails, corner guards, safety gate, playpens, play mats and more.
Q. Are your products safe for babies?
Yes! All Kids Station products are made from non-toxic, BPA-free, child-safe materials and undergo strict quality checks.

BED RAILS
Q. Which bed rail size is suitable for my bed?
We offer multiple sizes for all bed types: king, queen, single, wooden, hydraulic, and storage beds.

Q. Are the bed rails sturdy and safe?
Yes — our rails use heavy-duty metal frames, double-lock systems, and thick safety mesh to prevent falls.
Q. What are size change parts for?
Size change parts consists of 2 middle rods and fabric as all other rods are same in all size and model bed rails. Therefore, to change the size of the bed rail we only require to change the up and bottom horizontal middle rods and fabric.
Q. What is the difference between basic, with pocket, and premium bed rail models?
There is no difference in the mechanism of the bed rail in any of these models. The difference is in the cloth/fabric/net.
Basic - This model has simple cloth with no side zip or storage pocket.
With Pocket - This model has a storage pocket to keep baby diapers, bottles, and toys. But this model do not have side zip or anti - suffocation cloth.
Premium - This is the top and most premium fabric. The net and side coloured cloth itself are very thick as compared to other 2 models. This will have side zip, storage pocket, and a long anti - suffocation cloth in it.
Q. What is an anti - suffocation cloth?
An Anti - suffocation cloth is a big extra cloth stitched with the bed rail cloth that can be used 2 in 2 ways:
- Put it over the bedsheet to cover the space between bedrail and mattress. This will avoid injuries that may happen when baby gets his hand or leg stuck between the mattress and the bedrail.
- Put it under the mattress like a bedsheet to give you more stability and sturdiness.
Q. Can the rail be used on all bed sizes?
Yes, we have rails for King, Queen, and Single beds.
Q. Is the bed rail foldable?
Yes, our rails come with a vertical lift mechanism for easy access.
Q. Can the mesh be removed and washed?
Yes, the mesh is washable and very easy to clean.
PLAYMATS
Q. Are the play mats reversible and washable?
Yes — they are reversible, waterproof, anti-slip, cushioned, and easy to clean with a wet cloth.
Q. Are Kids Station play mats waterproof?
Yes — they are completely waterproof and super easy to clean.
Q. Is the material safe for kids?
Yes — the mats are made of BPA-free, XPE foam, safe for babies.
Q. Is the mat anti-slip?
Yes, it has a textured surface to prevent slipping.
Q. Can the mat be used outdoors?
Yes — it can be used indoors, outdoors, or for travel.
Q. How many designs and sizes you have in playmats?
We have 3 sizes and 20 designs for playmats.
Sizes are - 150cm x 200cm x 0.6cm, 150cm x 200cm x 0.8cm, and 150cm x 200cm x 1.0cm
The size difference is only in thickness of the mat.
We have 4 designs for 150cm x 200cm x 0.6cm, which makes 8 designs for double side print.
We have 4 designs for 150cm x 200cm x 0.8cm, which makes 8 designs for double side print.
We have 2 designs for 150cm x 200cm x 1.0cm, which makes 4 designs for double side print.
PLAYPEN AND PLAY YARDS
Q. Is the playpen safe for new-borns?
Yes, it is made with non-toxic, rounded-edge, BPA-free plastic suitable for babies from 6 months+.
Q. Can the playpen be used for crawling and walking babies?
Absolutely — the structure is sturdy and provides a safe enclosed space for crawling, playing, and learning to walk.
Q. How many types and designs you have?
We have 2 types and many designs in playpen and 2 types and 3 designs in play yard.
Play Pen - Foldable and non-foldable
We have one size in non-foldable playpen which is 6ft x 5ft. But we have 2 options that is with mattress and without mattress for this in 2 colours - blue and grey.
We have 2 size in foldable playpen which is 5ft x 5ft and 127cm x 127cm. We have 5 colours and 3 prints in the same.
For play yard, we have 2 sizes - 6ft x 6.6ft and 5ft x 6ft in 3 different design and 4 beautiful colours.
Q. Is the playpen height enough to prevent babies from climbing out?
Yes, our panels are designed with optimal height to prevent easy climbing.
Q. Can I expand or reduce the size of the play yard?
Yes — Kids Station play yard panels are modular, so you can increase/decrease size.
Q. Does it slip on smooth floors?
No — anti-slip pads at the bottom keep the playpen stable.
Q. Can I attach a gate to the playpen?
Yes — some models include a lockable door panel for easy access.
POTTY SEATS
Q. From what age can kids use the potty seat?
Kids can start using potty seats from 9 months to 4 years, depending on readiness.
Q. How many types and colours you have?
We have 2 types - foldable and non-foldable in 3 colours - pink, blue, and green.
Q. Is the potty seat stable on the toilet?
Yes — Kids Station potty seats come with anti-slip grips for maximum stability.
Q. Does it come with handles?
No — most models does not include side handles for extra support.
Q. Is the potty seat washable?
Yes — it is easy to clean, with removable parts for hygiene.
Q. Will it fit all toilet seats?
Most models are universal fit and compatible with standard Indian toilets.
FEEDING SETS
Q. What material are Kids Station feeding sets made of?
Our feeding sets are made of food-grade silicone, 100% BPA-free, non-toxic.
Q. Are they microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe?
Yes — all silicone feeding sets are safe for microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and boiling water.
Q. Do the bowls have suction?
Yes — suction bowls stick strongly to prevent spills.
Q. From what age can babies use the feeding set?
Recommended for 6 months+, perfect for weaning.
Q. Can the spoons be used for teething?
Yes — they are soft and gentle on gums.
Q. How many types, designs and colours you have?
We have 2 types - Silicone and Bamboo.
Silicone has 9 designs and sets and 7 different colours.
Bamboo has 7 designs and 6 amazing colours.
EDGE AND CORNER GUARDS
Q. Will the foam bumper or edge guard damage my furniture?
No — the adhesive is strong yet removable without residue.
Q. How thick is the foam or edge guard?
We use high-density foam designed to absorb impact effectively.
Q. Can corner guards be used on glass tables?
Yes — they adhere well on glass, wood, marble, metal, and other smooth surfaces.
Q. How many designs and colours you have?
We have 3 colours - brown, white, and beige in 3 designs - L shape, U shape and W shape or flat edge guards and L shape, U shape for corner guards.
Q. How long does the adhesive last?
The adhesive is long-lasting and stays intact for years with proper installation.
SAFETY LOCKS
Q. Are the locks easy for adults to open?
Yes — they open with a simple press mechanism but stay secure for kids.
Q. Can they be installed on all surfaces?
Yes — works on plastic, metal, wood, glass, and laminated furniture.
Q. Do they require drilling?
No — all Kids Station locks are no-drill installation.
Q. How many colours are there?
We have 5 colours - white, brown, beige, grey, and black.
SAFETY GATE
Q. From which age is the safety gate useful?
The safety gate is ideal from 6 months onward, as babies begin crawling and exploring.
Q. How wide can the gate extend?
It can extend up to 140 cm and 180cm (or as per your product). Suitable for doorways, hallways, kitchens, balconies, and staircases.
Q. Does it require drilling?
Our gate comes with drill adhesive mounts and screw mounts for permanent safety. You can choose what suits your home.
Q. Is it safe for babies and pets?
Yes! It’s designed for baby-safe use and also works for small pets like cats/dogs.
Q. Can one adult operate it with one hand?
Yes, the retractable mechanism allows one-hand opening & closing, perfect for busy parents.
Q. Does the mesh hurt if the baby bumps into it?
No, the mesh is soft and flexible, designed to absorb impact safely.
Q. Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, the material is durable and easy to clean, suitable for indoor + outdoor use.
Q. How do I clean the gate?
Just wipe with mild soap & a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
GROOMING KIT
Q. What items are included in the grooming kit?
Most kits include nail clippers, nail file, scissors, hair brush, comb, nasal aspirator, thermometer cover, etc. (Different as per model.)
Q. Is it safe for new borns?
Yes, the kit is designed with soft, rounded, baby-safe edges suitable for newborns to toddlers.
Q. Are the materials BPA-free?
Absolutely! All grooming tools are made with BPA-free, non-toxic materials.
Q. How do I clean the tools?
Wipe with a clean cloth or wash with mild soap. Dry completely before storing.
Q. Can I use the nail clipper on a newborn?
Yes, but gently. It has a curved, safety guard design to prevent cuts.
Q. Is the comb suitable for thick hair?
The comb is soft-bristled and ideal for fine baby hair. For thicker hair, the brush works great.
Q. How long will the kit last?
With proper care, the grooming kit lasts from newborn to 3+ years.
BATHER
Q. From what age can a baby use the bather?
Recommended from 0–12 months, depending on your model.
Q. Is it safe for newborns?
Yes, the ergonomic support keeps newborns secure and semi-reclined, preventing slipping.
Q. Can I adjust the recline levels?
Yes, most bathers come with 2–3 adjustable positions.
Q. Is the mesh/seat removable?
Yes! The mesh or cushion is detachable and quick-drying, making cleaning easy.
Q. Can it be used inside a bathtub or sink?
Absolutely — it fits bath tubs, large sinks & bathroom floors.
Q. Is it foldable?
Yes, the bather folds flat for easy storage & travel.
Q. How do I clean the bather?
Rinse after each use and wash with mild soap. Let it air-dry completely to maintain hygiene.
Q. Is it slippery?
The base has anti-slip grips to ensure the bather stays stable.
3. Installation & Support
Q. How do I install the bed rail?
Each product comes with an instruction manual + video guide.
You can also DM us for quick installation support.
Q. Can I install the bed rail on a storage bed?
Yes, our rails are compatible with most hydraulic/storage beds.
Q. Do you offer installation service?
Installation is very easy and can be done at home.
We currently do offer paid installation service from a third-party company called WIFY.
4. Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Q. How long does delivery take?
We ship across India.
Typical delivery time:
• Metro cities: 3–5 days
• Non-metro: 5–7 days
Q. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link on email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available till 1000 INR purchase orders.
5. Returns & Warranty
Q. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or missing items.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted but customer will be charged return shipping costs.
Q. What if my product arrives damaged?
We will replace it immediately. Please share an unboxing video within 24–48 hours.
Q. Do Kids Station products come with warranty?
Yes — most products come with a 3-month manufacturing warranty.
